• This quotation is valid for 30 days from above date. Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction anytime.
  • All speciality ordered items are considered custom and cannot be returned, all stock items shall be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
  • Advance Commercial will hold goods in warehouse at no charge for 30 days after arrival in Trinidad. Following such, goods may be subject to rental costs. Regardless of project time line, balance owing must be paid within 30 days of arrival in Trinidad.
  • Where warranty applies, Warranty does not cover maintenance/service of equipment and shall be charged accordingly. The warranty only includes parts (excluding in most cases plastic, rubber, consumable or normal wear items) and covers only manufacturer’s defects. (Please see warranty sheet for details)
  • For stock items Warranty commences from the date of purchase and for special ordered items warranty commences from the date of arrival in Trinidad warehouse.
  • Please Note: No guarantee is given on stainless steel items, the customer must follow proper care guidelines as required by manufacturer.
  • Prices quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars. All prices quoted are at today’s rate of exchange, any fluctuation in same shall be adjusted accordingly.
  • For items Not in stock, to be ordered – Delivery is approximately 90 days from date of confirmed order and payment.
  • Payment Terms: 50% deposit with confirmed order, balance 50% payable upon clearance in Trinidad. (Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Certified Cheque, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, Visa/Mastercard (with form of identification) or Linx.
  • See terms of delay for details. Any storage beyond 90 days shall be charged accordingly. Balance must be paid within 30 days of arrival should project be delayed beyond arrival in Trinidad.
  • All other items are available for delivery ex-stock.

  • Delivery charges are not included and shall be charged accordingly. Any additional conditions such as inclines, stairs or required equipment such as Hiab’s shall be to the account of the client. Delivery hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, hours outside of such shall be charged accordingly.
  • All utilities including but not limited to gas, electrical, steam and water connections must be provided by client to point of connection on the unit. The client is responsible for ensuring that all electrical loads (amps etc) and water pressure is correct for operation of equipment. Please see spec sheets for confirmation.

Please note the following:

  1. Equipment quoted include installation as noted – any hiab or crane required shall be to the cost of the client, ACEL does not perform any plumbing hook ups or connections, all utilities including gas, electrical, water, steam, etc. must be provided by the client to point of connection on unit as specified by ACEL, this includes but not limited to the following: type of electrical outlet devices, size and connection of water pipes, size of gas connections, steam connections. This quote does NOT include for the cost of installing the exhaust hoods, fan or and ducting or stands required.
  2. Client shall specify whether LP gas or Natural gas is required
  3. All measurements have been provided by designer, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure equipment will fit as specified.
  4. Gas Supply connection for Convection ovens and Ranges – A 3/4″ NPT line is provided at the rear for the gas connection. These models are design-certified for operation on natural or propane gases. For natural gas, the regulator is set to deliver a 4.5″ W.C. pressure to the manifold. For propane gas, it is set to deliver 11″ W.C. The inlet pressure before the regulator should be 7-10″ W.C. for natural gas or 11-14″ W.C. for LP gas.
