Why Register?

Registering with us is very simple. All you need is an internet connection, access to you email, your name and that is all. Registering an account with us will allow the user to view tickets that are open/pending or even view previous tickets that are closed to be able to review what work was done on said unit. A user does not necessarily have to register an account with us to create a service ticket, but if you would like to keep a record, view or reply to updates on the ticket, you will have to create an account to be able to do so.


Please note that if you have previously submitted a ticket via the portal without registering, please send an email to service@advance.com.tt or call us @ 1-686-674-7777 before registering to allow us to link your account to your email address.


If you are from a business that regularly does work with us, please contact us at service@advance.com.tt or 1-868-674-7777 before you register to ensure that an account ha not been created for you already.


Creating you account:

  1. Upon opening our helpdesk portal, on the top left of the page, you have the options to either Login or Sign Up.
  2. Click on the Sign Up button to begin the registration process
  3. Upon clicking the sign up button, you will be taken to a page asking you for your name and email address. Please ensure that the information entered here is accurate and the email address use is active and accessible
  4. When you have entered the information, complete the CAPTCHA for security purposes and click on Register.
  5. The page will load and prompt you to check your inbox for the activation link.
  6. In your inbox, you should see an email from Advance Commercial Equipment Ltd. If you do not see this email, check you junk or spam folder.
  7. Open the email and click on the link provided. If you are unable to click on the link, copy and paste the activation link in your web browser.
  8. Once you are able to access the link, you will be taken to a page where it will ask you to create a password. Please ensure that the password used is secure and unique. Once the password is entered into the two fields click the submit button and that is it. You can now proceed to submit your ticket. If you are unsure how, click here.
